These terms apply to your use of nordvirt.com (the "Site"), operated by NordVirt. By using the Site, you agree to them.

The content on the Site is general information, not advice for your specific situation. Visiting the Site or contacting us does not create a contract. Any engagement is agreed separately in writing.

The NordVirt name, logo, star mark and Site content belong to NordVirt and may not be reused without our written consent. Proxmox, VMware and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are mentioned for identification only. Their mention does not imply any partnership or endorsement.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation or send spam or unlawful content through the contact form.

5. Contact form and personal data

We use the information you send only to respond to your inquiry, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Please do not send passwords or sensitive data.

6. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services such as Squarespace, Google Fonts, translation and spam protection, and links to sites such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, NordVirt is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
